These Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply not only to Adam Findley Studio

but also to AF Community, an online platform and membership for actors to connect,

collaborate, and engage in various creative endeavors. AF Community is part of the

broader offerings of Adam Findley Studio and follows the same terms of use, privacy

practices, and policies.

Terms and Conditions

1.1 Agreement to Terms

By using our website and services, including AF Community, you acknowledge that you

have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Adam

Findley Studio reserves the right to take appropriate actions in response to non-

compliance, which may include fines, suspension, or termination of services.

1.2 Intellectual Property

• All content created by Adam Findley Studio, including recorded audio, video, and any

materials created by or with students, is the property of Adam Findley Studio.

• Students have no claims on such material except for personal use unless otherwise

specified in writing.

• Adam Findley Studio may use the created materials for marketing, branding, or

promotional purposes, including on websites, social media, and advertising, unless the

student explicitly objects in writing.

1.3 Code of Conduct

• All students are expected to maintain a respectful, professional, and inclusive

environment. Any individual found engaging in harassment, discrimination, or abusive

behavior (including sexual harassment) will be removed from the course or service

without a refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

• A formal process will be followed for investigating complaints and addressing

inappropriate behavior. Students should report any concerns to Adam Findley Studio

promptly.

1.4 Health and Safety

• Students confirm they are physically and mentally capable of participating in all

activities offered by Adam Findley Studio. If unsure, students should consult with a

licensed healthcare provider before participating.

• Adam Findley Studio is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or mental damage

resulting from participation in its services.• Students with any health conditions (physical or mental) are encouraged to disclose

these prior to participation, and Adam Findley Studio will make reasonable

accommodations when necessary.

1.5 Payment Policy

• The total price for services offered by Adam Findley Studio is non-refundable unless the

service is canceled by the studio at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

• Payment can be made in full or through a payment plan. Failure to pay may result in

suspension of services until payment is received.

• In cases of payment cancellations or declines, Adam Findley Studio will make

reasonable efforts to contact the student. If payment remains unresolved for 7 days,

Adam Findley Studio may engage a debt collection agency or pursue legal action.

1.6 Late Fees

• Students are responsible for timely payments. If payment is delayed, Adam Findley

Studio may charge a late fee of 5% of the total balance per week.

• If the payment issue remains unresolved for more than 14 days, services will be

suspended until full payment, including any late fees, is received. If unpaid dues or fees

remain unresolved for more than 14 days, Adam Findley Studio may pursue legal action

or contact debt collectors to recover the amount due.

1.7 Class Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Coaches or instructors may cancel a class or coaching session up to two times without

offering a refund or rescheduling. In the case of further cancellations, students may

request a full refund or an alternative session.

• If a class or session is canceled by the studio, students will be notified promptly, and

accommodations will be made where possible.

1.8 Liability and Responsibility

• Students remain fully responsible for their actions, statements, and conduct while

participating in any services provided by Adam Findley Studio.

• Adam Findley Studio is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or legal

claims resulting from student actions, including comments, photos, videos, or other

content shared or produced by students.

• Adam Findley Studio is also not responsible for any claims arising from students’

personal or professional channels or social media platforms.

1.9 Waiver and Release

By participating in any services provided by Adam Findley Studio, students agree to hold

harmless, waive, release, and covenant not to sue Adam Findley Studio, its employees,

agents, or contractors from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, actions, or claims of

any nature, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or

harm that may occur while participating in the services.

1.10 Privacy Policy

• Adam Findley Studio respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal

information provided during your use of our services. By using our services, you agree

to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please

review it carefully.

1.11 Modification of Terms

• Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions

at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students via email or posted on the

website. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you agree to the

updated terms.

1.12 AF Community

These Terms and Conditions also apply to AF Community, an online membership

platform under Adam Findley Studio. All rules outlined herein apply to members of AF

Community in the same manner as they apply to other services offered by Adam Findley

Studio.

1.13 Copyrighted Material Usage

• Adam Findley Studio uses scenes from copyrighted movies, TV shows, and plays,

which fall under the Fair Use Law, for educational purposes only.

• If students create something for commercial use using the provided material, Adam

Findley Studio is not responsible for any legal action that may occur as a result.

• Students are encouraged to use acting material solely for educational purposes within

the scope of the studio’s services.

1.14 Intellectual Property

Any exercise, technique, structure, layout, concept, or idea presented within the scope

of services provided by Adam Findley Studio and AF Community is the exclusive

intellectual property of Adam Findley Studio. This material is protected by copyright law

and may not be replicated, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of such content, whether for personal or commercial purposes, is

strictly prohibited.
