Welcome to Adam Findley Studio.

 

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, coaching services, workshops, acting classes, online courses, events, memberships, digital content, and online community operated by Adam Findley Studio, including AF Community. By accessing, registering for, or participating in any of our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

 

TERMS OF USE

 

1. Eligibility

 

Unless otherwise stated, our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

 

Programs that permit participants under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Enrollment & Payment

 

Enrollment is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

 

Certain services may offer payment plans. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments according to the payment schedule presented during checkout.

 

If a scheduled payment is missed or declined, Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to classes, coaching sessions, workshops, memberships, courses, or other services until the outstanding balance has been paid.

 

Participants remain responsible for the full amount owed under any payment plan. Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to pursue any lawful remedies available to recover unpaid balances.

 

3. Refunds & Cancellations

 

Unless otherwise stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable.

 

If Adam Findley Studio cancels a class, workshop, coaching session, or event, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the service or provide an appropriate credit or refund.

 

If you choose not to attend after enrolling, no refund or credit will be issued except where required by applicable law.

 

4. Code of Conduct

 

Adam Findley Studio is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.

 

Participants are expected to treat instructors, staff, guest artists, and fellow participants with professionalism and respect.

 

Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, threats, disruptive behavior, retaliation, or any form of abusive conduct—including sexual harassment—will not be tolerated.

 

Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant whose conduct negatively affects the safety, learning experience, or well-being of others. Removal for serious misconduct may occur without a refund.

 

5. Participation

 

Our classes, workshops, coaching sessions, and community activities are intended to encourage artistic growth through discussion, collaboration, movement, improvisation, rehearsal, and performance exercises.

 

Participation is voluntary. You are responsible for determining whether you are physically and emotionally able to participate.

 

If you have concerns regarding your health, we encourage you to consult an appropriate healthcare professional before participating.

 

6. Intellectual Property

 

All teaching materials, lesson plans, exercises, techniques, presentations, videos, audio recordings, written materials, downloadable resources, graphics, branding, and other original content created or provided by Adam Findley Studio remain the exclusive intellectual property of Adam Findley Studio unless otherwise stated.

 

These materials are provided solely for your personal educational use and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, published, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.

 

7. Copyrighted Material

 

Classes may occasionally use excerpts from films, television programs, stage plays, or other copyrighted works for educational purposes.

 

Participants are responsible for ensuring that any use of copyrighted material outside the educational environment complies with applicable copyright laws.

 

8. Media Release

 

During classes, workshops, coaching sessions, events, or community activities, photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, or screenshots may occasionally be captured.

 

By participating in our services, you grant Adam Findley Studio permission to use your name, likeness, voice, photographs, video recordings, or screenshots for educational, promotional, advertising, marketing, and social media purposes unless you notify us in writing before your participation.

 

If you request not to appear in promotional materials, we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.

 

9. AF Community

 

AF Community is the official online community operated by Adam Findley Studio.

 

By joining AF Community, members agree to follow these Terms as well as any additional community guidelines posted within the platform.

 

Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to remove content, suspend memberships, or terminate access for violations of these Terms or community guidelines.

 

10. Communications

 

By registering for a class, workshop, coaching session, event, membership, consultation, or free offering, you agree to receive communications from Adam Findley Studio regarding your enrollment and occasional announcements, news, updates, and promotional emails.

 

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Transactional communications related to your enrollment or purchases may still be sent when necessary.

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adam Findley Studio, its instructors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in our services.

 

Participants remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and actions while participating in any Adam Findley Studio or AF Community activity.
