Welcome to Adam Findley Studio. By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

Agreement to Terms

 

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to take legal action against students for non-compliance, which may include fines and/or suspension from our services.

 

Intellectual Property

 

- All content, including recorded audio, video, and any material created with or by students and taught by our coaches, is the property of Adam Findley Studio.

- Students have no claims on such material.

- Adam Findley Studio reserves the right to use this material for marketing, branding, and promotional purposes.

- Students agree to our Privacy Policy

 

Code of Conduct

 

- Any individual found engaging in sexual harassment or discrimination in any form, within or outside the course, will be removed from the course without a refund and reported to the appropriate authorities.

 

Health and Safety

 

- Students confirm that they are not suffering from any serious or contagious ailments and/or any psychiatric or psychological disorders.

- Students are advised to consult with an authorized doctor or hospital and obtain their approval to participate in all physical, mental, and emotional activities conducted during the course.

- Adam Findley Studio will not assume responsibility for any physical, emotional, or mental damage to the student.

 

Payment Policy

 

- The total price for participating in any services offered by Adam Findley Studio is non-refundable and non-transferable unless canceled 24 hours prior to the start date.

- This includes payments made in full or through a payment plan.

- If a payment is canceled or declined and remains unresolved for up to seven days, Adam Findley Studio may engage a debt collection agency or pursue legal action.

 

Late Fees

 

- Students are responsible for delayed fee payments and insufficient funds.

- Adam Findley Studio may add a weekly late fee of 5% to the total balance/fine and/or suspend the student from the course.

 

Class Cancellations

 

- Coaches and instructors may cancel a class or coaching session up to two times for any reason without the obligation to provide a refund or accommodation.

- If cancellations exceed this limit, students have the right to request a full refund.

 

Liability and Responsibility

 

- Students remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions, and/or views.

- Adam Findley Studio will not be responsible for students’ actions, expressions, and/or views, nor any claims, damages, or outrage arising due to comments, pictures, or videos posted by students, artists, or performers on their personal or professional channels.

 

Waiver and Release

 

- By participating in any services offered by Adam Findley Studio, students agree to HOLD HARMLESS, WAIVE, RELEASE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Adam Findley Studio from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, actions, or claims of any nature whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the student, or to any property belonging to the student, while participating in the course.
